Is the bullet train network is beneficial proposition in India?

I think in India, bullet train is not beneficial because  it's very expensive.

India can't afford without bullet train network we can develop our country. In India many super fast train is available. India doesn't need of bullet train.

Project outline:-

1. Research about the topic

2. We will find a data on google and YouTube.

3. We will learn some new tools and technology for make our project interesting and effective.

4. We will collect all the data and resources of our project.

5. We will divide our work according to team members.

6. Then we will make and give our best.
